How we work
The same steps in all four business lines.
Whether you entrust us with a home, your company's data, your hotel's numbers or a recruitment process, you know from the start what we will do, what it will cost and how we will report to you.
First conversation
You tell us what you need and we see which business line can help. If none of ours can, we'll tell you.
Diagnosis
We meet you to understand the starting point, set the goal and agree how we will measure it. Afterwards you receive a written summary of what we agreed and the next steps.
Fixed quote
Before we start, you get in writing what we'll do, how long it will take and what it will cost. Each business line has a specific offer and states in writing what it doesn't include.
Work and follow-up
Each piece of work is signed by the person who did it, with their role and credential where there is one. Follow-up depends on the service:
- Real Estate: a one-page monthly report and a quarterly meeting in the plans that include them.
- Tech: project follow-up by deliverables, thirty days of adjustments after delivery and, afterwards, the Care service if you take it on.
- Hotels: project follow-up until the dashboard runs every morning and, afterwards, the Care service if you take it on.
- Pulse: a written, reasoned report for every result, following the timetable in the rules of the process.
Review and renewal
In ongoing services we review the goal against the results with you and decide what stays and what changes. Before renewal you receive a written review and a proposal; if we think it wasn't worth it, we say so in that review.
