This is an English translation for convenience. The Spanish version is the governing text.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. We also use equivalent technologies (local browser storage). In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
2. Who uses them
Company Group Kybernes, S.L.U. (details in the legal notice) as owner of the websites.
3. Types we use
| Type | What for | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|
| Technical | Making the site work and remembering your cookie choice | No (Art. 22.2 LSSI exemption) |
| Preferences | Remembering the language you chose | No, as they only serve the function you asked for |
| Analytics | Knowing how many people visit each page, where they come from and what device they use, to improve the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.), set up without cookies and with aggregated data | Yes, through the banner. It does not load until you accept it |
| Advertising or cross-site tracking | We do not use them | Not applicable |
4. Cookie list
| Name | Owner | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
kyb_consent | Kybernes (first party) | Technical | Stores your cookie choice and its date | 12 months |
NEXT_LOCALE | Kybernes (first party) | Preferences | Remembers the language you chose (only if you switch language) | 12 months |
Vercel Web Analytics (script /_vercel/insights) | Vercel Inc. (third party) | Analytics | Counts page visits, referrer, country and device type in aggregate. It stores no cookies or identifiers in your browser; visits are grouped with a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours | No cookie. Aggregated data kept per Vercel's plan retention |
Vercel analytics stores no cookies in your browser. Even so, it only runs if you accept it in the banner, and it stops sending data as soon as you withdraw consent.
5. How to accept, reject or change your choice
- In the banner you can accept all, reject all or configure. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page: .
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some functions may stop working.
- Your choice is kept for 12 months; then we will ask again. We will also ask again if the cookies we use change.
